Dear customer, we’d like to inform you about the organisation of Service activities at HSD during the months of December 2025 and January 2026.
To ensure you can better plan your assistance needs, here are the important dates to bear in mind:
During the holiday season, the Service & Parts departments will remain operational every day, except on the following dates:
24, 25, 26, 31 December 2025 and 1 and 6 January 2026.
The receipt of products for repair will be available until 23 December 2025 and will resume regularly on 2 January 2026.
